Dependent upon print process and artwork provided. Flexographic uses PMS or CYMK, Digital CYMK for 4 color process and CYMK+OVG for 7 color process.

Minimum and maximum print, font sizes.
4 point regular sans serif type only if the thinnest part of the type measures 0.006" or thicker. For serif fonts, especially those with extremely think elements, the size may need to be larger depending on the typeface. Reverse type: 5 point bold only if the thinnest part of the type measures 0.008".

What are your artwork proofing systems and process?
Preference is to receive outlined pdf to eliminate font/character changes. CCL has the capability to set insert type in our artwork templates from Customer furnished, outlined pdfs. Artwork charge is based on a per piece basis and number of hours involved. CCL uses digital comparators in proofing production artwork to original Customer furnished artwork.

Labels: Preference is Customer approved artwork provided in outlined PDFs which can be dropped into CCL Label created templates. Literature and Clinical Trial Leaflets/Booklets: layout creation for Customer approved outlined text/symbols. CCL Label capabilities do not include artwork design; however, we can assist in modifying artwork with Customer permission. In-house plate production.
