CCL recommends that clients qualify a minimum of two raw materials for printed components at all times and maintains these on the spec. In addition, maintain multiple in country CCL manufacturing sites on their ASL, which provides excellent business continuity.

CCL continues to monitor geopolitical events. As in any global enterprise, the arrival of tariffs could have direct impact on the cost of operations, although substantially most of our business is "local to local" on both the supply and demand sides.

Please describe Key Performance Indicators that will be utilized to track service levels for customers (i.e., product defect rate, fill-rate commitment, lead time, innovation, issue resolution time, implementation time, etc.). How regularly are metrics tracked? How will these metrics be reported to customer



We internally track: On time delivery, OTIF, DPM, $Credits, %credit/ sales, number of audits, complaint ratio. A scorecard can be specifically developed with our customer. These metrics are shared on a monthly basis.
