CCL Healthcare has a world class and robust QMS that includes documented SOP's for all areas of the business from training, line clearance, pest control, change control, documentation, work instructions, machine maintenance (PM's), etc. All internal or external non conformances are required to have a full CAPA investigation.

CCL capacity is forecasted at approximately 60-70% utilization in order to provide us with the flexibility to meet new business requirements and Customer demand for surges/launches. Additional shifts, overtime, and other Customer approve CCL facilities are other options to extend capacity. Some of our Customers audit back-up facilities as a means of providing minimized interruption of service in the event of a disaster at the primary manufacturing site. Due to continued standardization of equipment and processes at our facilities, personnel from a "sister" plant can be transported to another CCL manufacturing site to provide additional personnel/shifts.

eye C vision inspection, in line barcode verification with auto reject ,in line camera system on folder with auto eject for dimensional tolerance and non conforming barcode, manual measurements. Final release of all shipments by QA.
