CCL provides local support at each of the 11 sites we service your business from globally. Each site provides all the account, technical and quality support needed. On average 7-10 people are involved in all aspects of product development at each site. To provide a specific quantity or people is impossible however a good guesstimate would be well over 100 people in support of relationship management daily.

CCL capacity is forecasted at approximately 60-70% utilization in order to provide us with the flexibility to meet new business requirements and Customer demand for surges/launches. Additional shifts, overtime, and other Customer approve CCL facilities are other options to extend capacity. Further, because of our plan to have standardized equipment and processes at our facilities, personnel can be transported to another CCL manufacturing site to provide additional personnel/shifts.
