In event of a force majeure, please describe your process to move a customer's production to one of your facilities?
CCL Industries, Parent Company of CCL Label is financially stable. Should an unforeseeable circumstance (i.e. disaster at primary production site) cause a need to move business to a back-up CCL site, the two sites work together to achieve a smooth transition. A Team approach of appropriate personnel to include Sales, Customer Service, Technical Services, Pre-Press, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling would be involved in the process. The CCL Team would work with the Customer Site Team to ensure product and service integrity is understood and meets Customer specifications.
