What are CCL's standard reporting tools and parameters you will report on?
We expect regular spend reporting and detail of products supplier per plant. Please detail the standard reporting tools you have available, which parameters you would report on and which frequency of reporting you would propose (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
CCL can provide reports based on your requirements, and preferred format, monthly or quarterly. We suggest that quarterly meetings, whether onsite or via conferencing tool, also be implemented not only as a review process but to also discuss and collaborate on new projects as well as any cost savings initiatives.
