Via a Supply Chain program. CCL is experienced in Supply Chain Management. Typical supply change program is based on Customer furnished forecasts, and mutually agreed upon parameters, to produce to 60 days in advance of Customer in-house requirement. This allows for more efficient manufacturing at our sites; and potential cost savings to the Customer as well as reduced lead times, reduction of Customer on site inventory and obsolescence. Communication of pending new/revised art or obsolescence is critical.
