Describe how you manage capacity planning, interruptions and how you ensure continuity of supply?
CCL capacity is forecasted at approximately 60-70% utilization in order to provide us with the flexibility to meet new business requirements and Customer demand for surges/launches. Additional shifts, overtime, and other Customer approved CCL facilities are other option to extend capacity. Some of our Customers audit CCL back-up facilities as a means of providing minimized interruption of service in the event of a disaster at the primary manufacturing site. Due to continued standardization of equipment and processes at our facilities, personnel from a "sister" plant can be transported to another CCL manufacturing site to provide additional personnel/shifts.
