Yes, Each facility supports continual improvement initiatives by conducting reviews at determined frequencies.
The reviews highlight opportunities to improve the QMS through the analysis of the quality policy and objectives, audit performance, data analysis, customer focus and feedback, management reviews, corrective actions and market initiatives. Other improvements programs are 5-S, lean manufacturing, etc.
