Please describe how you keep capacity levels during the holiday periods.
In North America, there are a limited number of holidays. Typical is 1-2 days of shutdown per holiday. However since we have a diverse workforce, CCL does offer our employees an option to work. This is voluntary, and they receive holiday pay.
