Does the company assess ongoing compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment, Business Ethics issues, and Labour regulations?

Safety is managed locally at each CCL Healthcare facility globally and overseen by the Corporate CSR group EHS team with regular reporting of all accidents, injuries, environmental or significant incidents as well as monitor of compliance and update policies to all local, regional or federal government and agencies requirements. EHS safety programs and training are globally overviewed, shared and audited by the CCL Corporate EHS team. Corporate EHS consolidates all data and detail and regularly reports the same to the CCL CSR Board of Directors subcommittee. Labor and business ethics follow the CCL Corporation Ethics Guide and have local, regional and corporate support to monitor compliance and update policies to all local, regional or federal government and agencies requirements and to CCL’s and our customer’s high standards. Each operation provides a CCL Corporate a General Managers Certification confirming compliance in all the areas above and detail on new or upcoming changes in regulations, laws, codes and local requirements as a check on current compliance and any upcoming updates or changes they may be facing.
