What experience and training do you require employees to have?


Training programs are in place and employee training is documented based on employee position. Training includes: cGMPs, equipment operation, Standard Operating Procedures, Safe Work Practices, Hazardous materials recognition and handling, Personal Injury Prevention, Materials Management, Waste Reduction and Prevention, General Plant Operations. Programs consist of formal instruction and/or on-the-job learning experience. Training effectiveness is periodically reviewed and re-training is performed as needed.
