Do you have a quality representative, staff on site?
Healthcare NA: Yes. Each site has a Quality Manager that is independent from operations. The site Quality Managers have the responsibility for the overall implementation and maintenance of the quality policy; and has the authority to approve or reject any components, in-process materials, packaging material, labeling and finished product. They have the authority to review and release production records and ensure product is per Customer specification and documentation is complete.
