Please describe typical KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) used to measure performance and reported to your customers i.e. OTIF (On Time in Full Delivery), DPPM (Defective Parts per Million), Six Sigma rating (Black belts, Greenbelts) etc.
We internally track: On time delivery, OTIF, DPM, $Credits, %credit/sales, number of audits, complaint ratio. A scorecard can be specifically developed with our Customer.
