Please describe your process to support customer product launches.
Coordination of Customer product launches begins with a dedicated Customer Service Representative who acts as a liaison between the Customer and all facets of the producing facility including: Technical Services, Purchasing, Scheduling, Graphics/Pre-Press, and Quality Assurance personnel. In a launch scenario all personnel are on standby for Customer/FDA approval of the product(s) on an overtime basis as needed. We work closely with our Customer during launches to provide the time sensitive products required since we understand the critical nature of "first to market" with a new product.
