Describe overall account management.
The North America V.P. of Sales and Marketing oversees the Sales Directors for the Healthcare Group Sales staff. A CCL Team (Sales, Technical Services, Customer Service) would be assigned to work with Customer based on geographic location and product requirements. A dedicated regional Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between Customer and all other departments at the CCL plants which service the business. Technical support staff is also available at all locations, and work with our Customers on construction design for their specific labeling applications. Within the CCL Healthcare Group, Technical Services share knowledge on construction designs developed/patented; and work as a team in problem solution. Label Application Engineers are available for on-site assistance when required.
